Art Directors

Alessia Acquaro

Alessia Acquaro

I am a multidisciplinary creative working across branding, campaign development, and art direction. My work blends strategic thinking with a strong visual sensibility, producing concepts that are both engaging and purposeful. With experience spanning fashion, communication, and content creation, it has led the development of visual campaigns, curated brand narratives, and directed projects that translate ideas into impactful outcomes. My adaptability and collaborative approach allows me to move fluidly across mediums while maintaining a consistent vision. Driven by detail and storytelling, I build identities and experiences that connect meaningfully with audiences.

Ben Inglis

Ben Inglis

Video editing is my specialty and paired with a keen art direction eye is a serious weapon. Some of the most unique stories are crafted in the edit and creating an engaging experience is something I take pride in. A little bit more... I'm fascinated by the advertising industry with a particular passion for video editing and art direction. Experienced in the Adobe suite and witness to a fair few Premiere Pro crashes. I'm a long time video game fan and huge basketball guy (if you've got a corporate team, slot me in power forward).

Celeste Costanzo

Celeste Costanzo

Just a curious mind that chases work that makes my heart race. I am passionate about bringing campaigns to life. No matter the client, no matter the brief. I thrive on collaboration, adapting my voice and vision to fit any brand while staying true to the heart of the story. For me, advertising isn't just about selling, it's about creating experiences that connect, resonate and stay with people long after the ad is over.

Ella Nunez

Ella Nunez

If I was a bowl of pasta, I'd be linguine tossed with garlic, chili, and olive oil, (just the right kick that kinda burns your mouth), with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of parsley to freshen your palette. Uncomplicated, lively, and full of character, I’m the kind of pasta that sparks interesting conversation and feels both comforting and bold (like my ideas) - without being fussy.

Ellena Gunawan

Ellena Gunawan

I’m Ellena. As an Art Director, I enjoy turning creative ideas into visual campaigns that resonate with the consumers. The beauty of my job is that I can communicate my ideas through design and always make sure that every piece of my work pours out a story that people can relate to. I always believe that a visual campaign is so much more than just how it appears on the outside. It’s more of a story that people can relate to on a deeper level and creates significance. My priority is to create campaign visuals that not only look excellent but also align well with my client’s objective and needs and leave an impact on the consumers in today’s fast-paced industry.

Emily Lynn

Emily Lynn

I’m an Art Director who believes ideas should be as stylish as they are strategic. With a background in concept-driven design, I treat campaigns like photographs: they should grab you in a second but linger long after. When I’m not shaping visuals, I slip into my Carrie Bradshaw alter ego, copywriting with a voice that’s clever, a little sassy, and always chasing the perfect line. I live where strategy meets storytelling. The sweet spot where brands get to reinvent themselves and audiences stumble onto something fresh. For me, advertising isn’t just selling, it's where fashion and creativity collide, and that’s exactly where I like to be.

Gemma Caton

Gemma Caton

At RMIT, I’m probably known as the girl always in a band tee with headphones on — and that tracks. I love music (if my website or posters didn’t give it away), but just as much, I love art direction. Whether it's music-related or not, I’m always designing — usually with something playing in my ears and Photoshop open in front of me. I graduate at the end of this year and I’m ready to make something great for you. Get in touch — even if it’s just to talk music.

Grace Spano

Grace Spano

I love diving into every corner of the creative process, from ideas to art direction, copy, and branding. I can’t wait to begin my journey as a Junior Creative! I’m a critical thinker who questions everything. While this leads me to unique insights and offbeat creative ideas, it also makes me a frustrating person to watch TV with. I love pointing out plot holes to whoever has the displeasure of watching with me. The industry is changing fast, and I’m bringing my AI knowledge along for the ride. Creativity matters more than ever. I'm young, curious, and ready to adapt.

Imi-Rose Hillier

Imi-Rose Hillier

Hi! I’m Imi, a Junior Art Director who notices things. Usually the kind that spark good ideas. Sometimes just shiny objects. I operate at a controlled level of bonkers, gabbing my head off as the 2025 co-host of Hungry Talks. I’m hardworking, slightly mad, and lucky enough to have won the TBWA\ & RMIT Think Big Award and seen my work actually make it into the world with the Monkeys (Droga5).

Jane Low

Jane Low

Welcome! I’m Jane, an advertising student who gets excited whenever the brief involves creating a campaign. Brainstorming, dumping random ideas into moodboards, and watching them come together is my favourite kind of chaos. Outside study, I’m usually wandering the city, cooking with friends, or singing in the shower. I’m also a classic middle child (syndrome included) with a massive fear of animals — yes, even the small and fluffy ones. What amazes me is how advertising can connect with people indirectly yet still leave such a big impact. At the end of the day, it’s all about creating connections people actually enjoy — so thanks for stopping by. •ᴗ•

Lara Robinson

Lara Robinson

My work is about clarity with a twist - visuals that resonate, copy that interrupts, and concepts that stay with you long after you’ve left. Whilst my passion lies in art direction, I can also never resist spending some quality time at the copy desk. In the face of our fast-moving industry, I’ve been diving into the newest, shiniest tools to hit our creative inventories, most recently everything AI. Adaptable and endlessly curious, my energy and optimism also mean I bring a sense of warmth and play to my work. I’m truly looking forward to what we’ll create together.

Liam Cooper

Liam Cooper

I have been interested in storytelling through imagery my whole life. From the shows and movies shown to me and the video games and stories I discovered for myself, I fell in love with visual storytelling. As a kid, I often thought about what stories I wanted to tell. How should they look? What art would I use? These thoughts came from an inability to ""Turn my brain off,"" as my Dad told me, an inability that caused me to focus on random topics about anything, and I'd end up watching ads while trying to understand the thought process behind them. Now, as a Creative, I want to use my skills to bring stories to life through exciting and unique imagery.

Mengjian Lu (Louis)

Mengjian Lu

Hi, I’m Louis. Born in China and educated in a Sino-Canadian school with Canadian British Columbia province certified, accepted both Asian values like Confucianism and Western philosophy. I am eager to bring my creative skills and unique perspective to the creative project. My pursuit and passion for aesthetics and art will guide me to success.

Milla Saul

Milla Saul

Hi I’m Milla. I talk big & think even bigger. I have the eye of an Art Director and a genuine love for AI. I use AI to supply, not supplant it’s not a shortcut, rather applied as a creative assistant. Pushing my ideas further and unlocking sharper, smarter, and faster ways to bring them to life. It’s how I stay ahead, I think strategically, and make space for the unexpected. My hearts in fashion, media, and tech but I thrive on variety. I bring the same bold energy, detail-driven thinking, and creative edge to every brief I touch. Want to know more, feel free to have a look at my Portfolio.

Mimi Browne

Mimi Browne

I am a Melbourne-based creative working at the intersection of sales, styling, and storytelling. In the short term, my focus is on building a strong creative foundation through editorial-style content, collaborations with local artists and vendors, and client-driven partnerships that generate growth. Looking ahead, my vision is to evolve into a creative director or sales executive leading high-end campaigns, recognised for a refined aesthetic, innovative concepts, and influential contributions to the creative industry.

Noah Benedetti

Noah Benedetti

Noah Benedetti to the government, but Noah Benny on the street. I grew up in Adelaide, and if you’d told me I’d end up in Melbourne chasing a career in advertising, I wouldn’t have believed you. That’s what I love about life—it’s unpredictable, and I’m here for the ride. As the voice of Gen Z, I’m not just about strategy or creative direction—I craft bold ideas and immersive experiences that surprise, connect, and endure. I create memories, not moments. Seeing my work come to life and watching people engage with it—that’s what drives me. If it’s not unique and meaningful, it doesn’t make the cut. My ambition is to shape brand legacies that outlast the moment.

Ocean Wachirapornprut

Ocean Wachirapornprut

Hi, I'm Ocean!. I intend to work in the media industry as a producer/director, telling stories about people and making my audience feel emotionally connected to others' experiences, while presenting the beauty and complexity of being human. Outside of my studies, I'm currenlty volunteering in student films and TV shows, taking on various roles to gain on-set experience.

Soo Zi Ching

Soo Zi Ching

Hi! I’m Zi Ching, I’m 21 years old, and passionate about all things creative. I find inspiration through photography, social media, and exploring new places and flavours that spark fresh ideas. I love experimenting in the kitchen, mixing ingredients the same way I play with ideas. I’ve also got a serious sweet tooth, and cupcakes do not last long around me. I like to think advertising connects the world, one idea at a time, and I can’t wait to add mine into the mix!

Stephanie Lam

Stephanie Lam

Small. Quiet. Shy. But my life? CHAOTIC. I’m a workaholic who juggles handmade bouquets and is always on the hunt for new desserts. Sure, I’m shy at first....but give me five minutes and a dessert menu, and suddenly I’m the group tour guide. I’m focused on developing a career in social media account management, helping brands build authentic relationships, build communities, and share great content. I like discovering new methods of storytelling digitally and creating ideas to be a part of campaigns that make an impact.

Tige Ryan

Tige Ryan

I’m a guy who like’s making things look cooler than they should, with a love for bold visuals, wacky ideas, and designs that make you look twice. I might come off quiet - but my concepts definitely don’t. Fueled by my love for music, mixed media design, and curiosity, I bring a unique edge to every creative brief, bringing clarity and originality by looking beyond the expected.

With my background in performing, and growing up in the industry I know how to command attention, read the room, and deliver ideas that truly resonate. I could talk underwater and still keep you listening. Whether pitching a concept as a copywriter or building strong relationships as a client manager. A copywriting nerd who loves things that are subtly absurd. Tutors have referred to me as ‘out there’, ‘off the wall’ and ‘not corny’ (Woop Woop!). I’m one of those people who are just interested in everything and will happily waste half a day learning about anything from foreign elections to how microwaves work. Beyond copywriting I am a killer presenter and public-speaking-ologist - something I’ve built on through my hosting of Hungry Talks this year. I have both a keen interest in AI but also prefer to write by hand (I don’t know why either). Say hello if you want stellar copy, or just to get my legendary chicken burger recipe.

I am an emerging advertising creative currently pursuing a Bachelor of Communication (Advertising) at RMIT University. My studies have provided me with a strong grounding in creative concept development, strategic planning, and data-driven campaign execution. Professionally, I have gained hands-on experience across education, hospitality, and real estate. In Shenzhen, I managed digital operations for HD Education, while in Melbourne I created digital content for a boutique dessert brand. Currently, I am a marketing intern at H&T Real Estate, contributing to digital strategy and campaigns. I aim to build a career in advertising focused on strategy, creativity, and brand growth.

Weston Calver

I’m an undergrad Advertising student at RMIT and future strategist. Beyond being a tennis fan, EDM lover, gym-goer, and Netflix-watcher, I value self-development and meaningful experiences. I've dabbled in creative work, but that's where I found my passion for analysis. I’ve gained marketing experience, and collaborated with Australia's advertising top guns on RMIT’s Hungry Talks. My strength lies in attention to detail – being neurodiverse helps me notice what others miss, and you're gonna hear my honest feedback. Growing ideas into reality excites me the most about advertising.

I’ve always been drawn to creating experiences that bring people together—whether it was helping at my family’s restaurant as a kid, curating grazing tables, or baking late into the night. Today, I channel that same love for connection into advertising, blending creativity and strategy to craft campaigns that are bold, thoughtful, and memorable. I thrive on turning ideas into stories that stick, making brands shine while building real connections with audiences and clients alike. Every project is a chance to make an impact, and I approach it with heart, curiosity, and precision.

Hi, I’m Gremmy – The Visionary. I’m in my third year of a Bachelor of Communication (Advertising), exploring how strategy and creativity help brands truly connect with people. To me, advertising is storytelling: sparking emotions and building authentic connections. Outside study, I work as a freelance fashion photographer, capturing how style reflects identity, mood, and culture. Fashion, music, and manga constantly inspire me, shaping both my projects and perspective. Balancing study and photography has taught me to merge strategy with artistry—and I’m excited to see where this path leads. If it leads to you, let’s bring your vision to life.
